Mick & Caron Lee welcome you to The Blue Lion, a traditional village pub on the Peddars Way footpath in the centre of North Pickenham.

We serve a range of fine ales, wines and lagers. Greene King IPA is the session beer and there is a guest ale weekly, featuring beers from local breweries, such as Humpty Dumpty Reedcutter and the Beeston Brewery a few miles away, as well as those from further afield. Dark Mild is part of this rotation. The Blue Lion was featured in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide for 2007.

There is a large beer garden for the warmer months and a blazing log fire when it is colder. The pub is noted for its friendly welcome from hosts and regulars alike. Walkers and dogs are welcomed.

Traditional pub pursuits of darts, dominoes and pool are available. The dart board is particularly well used! Many local groups also meet in the 'Blue', including the WI, a whist group and the Parish Council.

The Function Room is available for hire for parties, weddings, christenings, wakes,etc.

Food is currently not offered, except for advertised one-off occasions

There is no accommodation but rough camping is offered in the Pub grounds.
